Santana — Ahh!  It still hurts!  What can I say?  He truly is the man…tana.  I wish him all the best.  He’s going to knock the National League’s socks off! 

 

Torii Hunter — He was the only Twin who had a name my grandmother could pronounce.  Now, I’m going to hear all about Pahn-tow and Cad-ee-yer.  On top of that, he’s simply the best.  A class act all the way, on and off the field.

 

Carlos Silva — I spoke with Carlos Silva five times in one day.  Granted, it was a different Carlos Silva but nonetheless it brought a smile to my face.  See ya in Seattle!

 

Matt Garza — I loved Garza, because in every picture he took where he was smiling, he looks like a child whose parents just told him he was going to Disney World.  It is so much fun to watch someone as excited to be playing as Garza is.

 

Jason Bartlett — What a cutie!  And he’s doing so well in spring training!

 

Jason Tyner — He’s in the minors right now, but I’m sure he’ll be able to step it up and play with (sigh) Casey Blake. 

 

Lew Ford — Loveable Lew.  Really, what more is there to say?
